Monitoring Accessory Configured But Still Won't Link?

This article assumes that you already configured your monitoring accessory per the attached guides.


If you have and your device still won't link (the visible sign you'd have on a WiFi Box is a blinking link light on for 1 second off for 1 second) or send data to the monitoring portal, please follow these steps to ensure your server settings are set correctly.


LAN Stick


  1. Retrieve the LAN Stick's IP address from its router's interface.
  2. Please direct your web browser to <LAN Stick IP>/config_hide.html to open the hidden configuration interface.
  3. Please check whether the following server settings are correct -

UDP,10000,47.88.8.200,data1.solarmanpv.com

UDP,10000,115.29.186.234,data2.solarmanpv.com


WiFi Stick / WiFi Box


  1. Connect to AP_serial# in your available WiFi connections where serial# is that of the datalogger.
  2. Please direct your web browser to 10.10.100.254/config_hide.html to open the hidden configuration interface.
  3. Please check whether the following server settings are correct -

UDP,10000,47.88.8.200,data1.solarmanpv.com

UDP,10000,115.29.186.234,data2.solarmanpv.com
