Sunspec Only Inverters - Inverters manufactured from 2018 November to 2019 July only have Sunspec Modbus loaded onto them. Before 2018 November they have Solis Modbus and after July 2019 they have Sunspec and Solis Modbus loaded. If a customer wants to use inverters between those time periods they will have to use Sunspec modbus or have the HMI firmware updated.
As of 8.20.2019 the 50-66K HMI firmware works flawlessly but the 20-40K firmware does not work.
