It's external power meter setting. If it's turned on, the LimByEPM message can occur. Follow this path to fix it: Advanced Settings > External EPM Set > Fail Safe Set > Change ON to OFF and then press Enter.
LimByEPM message occurs even when the setting is turned ON. There is also an Internal EPM Set. They should also make sure this is set to OFF.
