The Solis Hybrid Energy Storage inverter series uses SunSpec modbus communication protocol. In order to retrieve data from the inverter, the modbus map is required. The read-only version of the map will be provided once you submit the signed NDA to sales@ginlong.com. Please also include a brief explanation of who you are and what you intend to use the map for.
If you need to be able to write commands to the inverter, then you will need the read-write version of the map. This can be given out only if an NDA has been fully executed between your company and Ginlong Solis. Please sign the attached NDA and then email it along with a profile for your company to sales@ginlong.com
Note: This modbus map is for the RHI-1P(5-10)K-HVES-5G-US inverter series ONLY and will not work with any other Solis inverter series - there is a different map for the other inverter series.
Solis does not recommend installing multiple units of this series in parallel. It can be done, however the inverter will have limited functionality and visibility as the Acrel meter cannot be installed. However, if multiple units are installed in parallel, the Address found in the "Settings" menu should be set to a different value for each unit.
For example: Inverter 1 = Address 01; Inverter 2 = Address 02; Inverter 03 = Address 03
