Enabling SMS Notifications on SolisCloud App

With the new update on SolisCloud mobile app, homeowners are now able to receive SMS notifications for their production and/or alarms directly to their mobile devices. To enable this feature, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to "Me" at the bottom right corner of the app, then Settings. 

 

 

  1. Toggle Alarm Notifications as "On". 

 

  1. Select a Notification Period for the alarms to be sent via SMS. If the customer wants them hourly all day, the time option should be set to 00:00-24:00.
