The inverter will display Relay-PRO if one of the internal relays has malfunctioned. Please follow the steps:
- Power-cycle the inverter
- If the inverter is not generating, turn off the AC and then the DC
- If the inverter is generating, go to Advanced Settings > Grid ON/OFF > Grid OFF press enter
- Wait for the inverter screen to go blank
- Turn the inverter DC on and then the AC
- If the alarm comes back up after the power-cycle, contact Solis Support
- RMA the inverter
