If an RMA has been issued and the replacement unit arrives damaged, please follow these steps so we can address the issue appropriately.
Inspect the Shipment
- Carefully check the package for visible damage (e.g., dents, tears, or punctures).
Take Photos
- Before opening, take clear photos of all sides of the unopened package.
- After opening, photograph the contents and any visible damage.
Report the Damage
- Update the original ticket by replying to the last email in the thread to inform us that the package arrived damaged.
- Include the following details:
- New inverter serial number (SN)
- Tracking number
- Description of the damage
- Attach the photos as evidence.
Keep the Packaging
- Retain the box and all packing materials for potential inspection.
