If an RMA has been issued and the replacement unit arrives damaged, please follow these steps so we can address the issue appropriately.

  1. Inspect the Shipment

    • Carefully check the package for visible damage (e.g., dents, tears, or punctures).
  2. Take Photos

    • Before opening, take clear photos of all sides of the unopened package.
    • After opening, photograph the contents and any visible damage.
  3. Report the Damage

    • Update the original ticket by replying to the last email in the thread to inform us that the package arrived damaged.
    • Include the following details:
      • New inverter serial number (SN)
      • Tracking number
      • Description of the damage
    • Attach the photos as evidence.
  4. Keep the Packaging

    • Retain the box and all packing materials for potential inspection.

Once we receive all the required information, we will review your case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
