For all RMA claims, please download and complete the appropriate form based on your product. Additionally, the following photos are necessary for processing your request:


  • Nameplate of the inverter
  • Open wire box
  • General installation picture
  • Photo of any active alarm displayed on the inverter


Note: Depending on the issue, we may request further details. For example, when investigating grid-related alarms or underproduction issues, we may ask for as-built plans.


Attachments must not exceed 20 Mb
