Providing complete information helps avoid preventable delays. Solis will request only the information needed to evaluate the case and arrange shipment.



Returning the faulty unit



Customer checklist

A Solis service ticket has been created.

Requested troubleshooting and supporting evidence have been submitted.

Solis has confirmed RMA approval and provided an RMA number.

Complete shipping address and point-of-contact information have been provided.

The faulty unit is prepared for return within the required 30-day period.
