Returning the faulty unit

Customer checklist
☐ | A Solis service ticket has been created. |
☐ | Requested troubleshooting and supporting evidence have been submitted. |
☐ | Solis has confirmed RMA approval and provided an RMA number. |
☐ | Complete shipping address and point-of-contact information have been provided. |
☐ | The faulty unit is prepared for return within the required 30-day period. |
