This is a step-by-step guide on how to extend your inverter warranty online using the SolisCloud mobile application.
It is possible to do this process using the browser (desktop) version of SolisCloud as well.
However, this guide just shows how to do it using the mobile application version of SolisCloud.

SolisCloud Mobile App Guide
> Step 1
Open your SolisCloud mobile application. Log in and then from the main screen, tap ‘Service’ at the bottom then tap 'Extended Warranty'.
> Step 2
Read and agree to the Extended Warranty Policy statement, then enter the online 'Extended Warranty' interface. Tap the search bar and then enter the plant name or inverter serial number. 'Extendable Equipment' refers to equipment that is eligible for warranty extensions. 'To Deal With' is for customer support inquiries
> Step 3
Select the equipment for which you want to extend the warranty and specify the duration of the extension.
> Step 4
Click 'Checkout' to proceed to the 'Confirm Order' page. Verify the extended warranty information is correct, then make the payment.
> Step 5.
- Click 'Payment' to access the "Payment Order" page. Select your payment method and click 'Confirm Payment’ to complete the transaction. You can also extend the warranty for multiple pieces of equipment at the same time.
> Step 6
After completing the payment, you can view the order in "My Orders". If you decide not to pay immediately, click the back button to exit the payment interface. Once the order is created, you have a 7-day window to make the payment at any time during this period.

Pending orders can be cancelled. Tap Cancel Order, then tap Confirm Cancellation to cancel the order.
> Step 8
Once the order is complete, the new warranty certificate will be emailed to you automatically. To have the receipt emailed to you, tap Payment Document at the bottom of the page. Tapping Extended Document will have another copy of warranty certificate emailed to you.
> Step 9
In "My Orders," you can view:
- All orders under "Total"
- Pending orders under "Due"
- Completed orders under "Completed"
- Refund orders under "Refund"
- Cancelled orders under "Cancelled"
To delete an order, enter the order details.
> Step 10
Check your email inbox. You should have a few emails from Solis. One will contain the new warranty certificate as an attachment. Another email will have a link to download Another email will have a link to download the receipt for the payment.
