This guide explains how to configure the 16kW hybrid inverter settings remotely through SolisCloud. The inverter can be configured locally or remotely, whichever is preferable. The same settings are available locally and remotely. However, firmware can only be updated by the installer/technician locally. It is also possible to request the ability to push firmware updates remotely. Please put in a request with the Solis Support team for them to open this feature for your SolisCloud account.
