These alarms cannot be troubleshot remotely, someone must be on site in order to troubleshoot.
DC-INTF = DC interference and typically gets thrown when the inverter detects an anomaly on the DC side.
ARC-FAULT = Arc fault detected on the DC side of the system
PV Isolation Fault (PV ISO PRO) = Short or ground fault detected on the DC side
Troubleshooting Steps:
Step 1: Inspect the PV string and battery conductor terminations. Make sure there are no loose wires. It is ideal to remove each wire, make sure it is not frayed or too short, and then terminate the wire.
Step 2: Check the PV strings (+) and (-) to ground, Get the Voc for each string as well.
Step 3: Use the resistance setting on the multimeter to check the resistance between (+) and (-). If resistance is low, check the DC side of the system thoroughly for a short.
Step 4: When re-landing the PV strings, make sure they are not crossed (positive to positive and negative to negative)
Step 5: Power cycle the inverter. Check to see if the alarms persist after the inverter turns back on.
Step 6: If the alarms persist, check every connection point on the DC side of the system. Look for loose cables, MC4 connections that were made in the field and could be loose.
Step 7: If the alarms continue to persist, escalate to L2.
