Warranty Extension Procedure and Pricing (US & Canada Only)

Ginlong Solis Warranty Extension Program

All Solis Inverters come with a 10-year standard warranty, except for the 185K and 255K units which have a 5-year standard warranty.

In order to extend the warranty an additional 5 or 10 years, the customer will need to purchase an extension.  15 year extensions are available only on the 185K and 255K units.

Once the customer purchases the extension a certificate will be issued to them.

Procedure:

To purchase the extension the customer will need to go to our customer relations management system and go to the warranty extension form found at the following link.
